Registration Information
The registration will close on March 31st, or anytime before once the maximum number of participants has been reached. The number of participants will be limited by the Hotel capacity, for this reason we encourage early registration.
To register for NEEDS 2009 please pay the registration fee by March 31st 2009 AND make your reservation with the Hotel (see the link Practical Info for details). The registration is complete only once you have registered both for the conference and with the Hotel.
You can pay the registration fee using PayPal on this site; please note: you do not need to open a PayPal account, simply fill in the required information. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer please contact us for alternative payment methods.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your participation to NEEDS 2009 you can apply for a refund. You will receive back the registration fee minus bank transfer charges. Cancellation after the 31st of March is possible only in special circumstances, please contact us in that case.
